I have read both your books and your insights into Islam, for the non-muslims, is very refreshing - I never knew many aspects of Islam until you highlighted them because my view of the 'deen' has always been from the standpoint of the actions and words of the 'religionists'. Full marks for your courage and bravery. I must basically agree with you; but I made the choice to vote with my feet so that I can have better opportunities for my family in Singapore: When our country is revived, I shall return. But later I wanted the role of Hang Jebat after watching a play on these two heros. The recently concluded UMNO assembly where Hishamuddin displayed a keris resembled the feudal mind of a Minister of education who at the worst fears his own standing in UMNO.His grandfather may have founded UMNO but sad to say he has is not living the mind of his father.
